About Us
REC Industries, Inc. has been in continuous business since it’s incorporation in 1980. We are located in College Station, Texas, are locally owned by Craig Lewis, Scott Cook and Catherine Anderson and have approximately 175 permanent employees, 31 of which are office personnel and 144 are field tradesmen.
REC is a full service Prime and Mechanical Contractor with current and completed projects ranging from a few hundred dollars each to approximately $10 Million and located geographically from Brownsville to Lubbock, Texas with a customer base consisting of private, municipal, county, state and federal entities. REC utilizes its own staff for the vast majority of its work and we have an excellent cadre of subcontractors that handle our electrical, insulation and controls needs. REC is fully bonded through Zurich North America and is capable of meeting any bid requirements.
REC holds membership in a number of professional associations, a few of which are:

- National Association of Plumbing/Heating/Cooling Contractors
- American Institute of Constructors
REC also hosts in-house, DOL approved Apprenticeship Programs for:
